This is a great first-kids puzzle. It has wooden pieces with a small center post so kids can pick them up easily. Durable with no sharp edges on the pieces. Pieces are large so kids cannot put them in their mouths and choke on them. It even has bright-colored boards and pieces that kids can recognize.
Great quality and durability, these puzzles as with all Melissa and Doug items, are a huge hit! My kids are 2, 6, and 9, and have enjoyed this brand for years!
